Here, we share our reflections and invite others to reflect with us.

Episode 1
Your mental health matters as much as your physical health, so take care of yourslef, self care is important.
Episode 2
Mental health, to me, means having a healthy balance between my thoughts, emotions, and actions. It’s about being able to handle stress, cope with challenges, and still find the moments of happiness and motivation in everyday life. Mental health isn’t about whether someone has a disorder or not- it’s about feeling understood, supported, and stable enough to grow and achieve goals. It also means recognizing when I need a break, when to ask for help, and understanding that taking care of my mind is just as important as taking careof my body.

Episode 3
Mental Health means being okay on the inside, even when life isn’t perfect.
Episode 4
To me, mental health is incredibly important because it reminds me that caring for my brain matters just as much as caring for my body. Even the smallest moments can make a difference—taking a walk when the weather is nice, standing outside in the quiet without saying a word, or taking pictures of the sky. These little things bring me peace and help me reconnect with myself.
Caring for my mental health is not always easy, but I’ve learned that doing small things that bring me joy can make a big difference. When I take those moments for myself, I feel lighter, more optimistic, and more at peace with my mind.
